So call me lazy, call me irresponsible...call me unreliable....just don't call me late for dinner.  Some much needed basic updates to the site have been done.  Things like roster pages, etc.  You will also notice that we've added what appears to be 4 new -=[NS-160]=-members.  Actually there are just 3...MALLARD, LazyEye and bgccguy.  The other (Joe) actually played here a lot under the old [MNT] clan tag...he was admitted into the first batch of -=[NS-160]=- members that we added.  However, his computer died shortly there after, therefore he's just shown up again :).  So, he's not actually a new member...we've just had a prodigal son return :).

I've decided to just take the second server down...let's face it no one plays on there anyway.  The WC3/Normal rotation seems to be going well...so I think that we're going to keep that.  Also, with the advent of the second server being removed I think I'm going to up the maxplayers allowed.  However, these will be reserved slots, not general slots...

Quick request...for those who are -=[NS]=- or -=[NS-160]=- members...please send me the info that I don't have for you...so we don't have all the question marks sitting in the roster.  -=[NS]=- members...if you want a different pic that what I have posted for you, send it to me and I'll get that up as well.  Thanks!

I sat down today and tried to figure out the "birthday" for the -=[NS]=-Community.  I'm attaching that to the day that we registered this domain name since that's the day I began working on it.  The server was up prior to that...but frankly I have no recollection of how long that was.  I looked today and realized that we're about ready to celebrate our first birthday!  On April 10th -=[NS]=- will be one-year old.  I don't know about you guys but I think that's pretty cool.  It's been absolutely great getting to know so many of you who have helped make this community what I hoped for it to be.  I'm not sure exactly what my next goal for the community should be...maybe you all could help me out on that one.  What ideas do you have?  Let me know!  Thanks for the year...it's been good.

Well...it's been a few weeks since I've updated the news...most of the news you've seen in the forums...but for quick and easy access here goes.

We welcome new -=[NS]=- and -=[NS-160]=- Members.  OSUAvenger, Doctor X and Sock have all come into the bonds of -=[NS]=-hood.  We welcome them and watch out as they try out their new powers :).  Also welcomed to the -=[NS]=-family are Galileo, Lemme Atom and 16 Young Children...as they all became members of -=[NS-160]=-. 

Some have been asking, pleading, begging and bribing to get WC3 back on -=[NS]=-.  I really wasn't too keen on the idea but out of my love for the -=[NS]=-Community  today I completed NS-2...our WC3 server.  Because of bandwidth considerations I've reduced the maxplayers in both.  I wish that I didn't have to...but that's the way things go.  I hope everything goes ok...but I'll have to be paying close attention to see what happens.

Happy New Year everyone!!!  I took some time today and added a few things to the server.  You will see four new objective maps in the rotation...all of which are available via the downloads page.  Admins will also see a nice little plugin which will encourage great fun :).  Enjoy!
